I must decide ho to reach Ajka: by direct bus Firenze->Veszprem, by plane Bologna->Budapest then train, or by several trains (Firenze->Wiener Neustadt->Budapest->Ajka, alternatively we could pass from the cute Szombathely station and go south with a slllllooooooooowwwww train).
14-16 hours in any case
