I am using a database to administrate my collections. The order of the table is (software) (company) (medium) (box type) (extra/special). In the case for Gullwing Falcon - it would be:
Gullwing Falcon - Gremlin Graphics - Cassette - Default box
Gullwing Falcon - Gremlin Graphics - Cassette - Big box
and another example
Winter Events - Anco - Cassette - Double size Box
Winter Olypiade (aka Winter Events) - Kingsoft - Cassette - Double size Box
Winter Olypiade (aka Winter Events) - Kingsoft - Disk - Disk Box - Blue Kingsoft Logo
Winter Olypiade (aka Winter Events) - Kingsoft - Disk - Disk Box - Black Kingsoft Logo
