If you've ever wondered where the music came from then Olympic Skier used the famous tune we in the UK know as the TV programme Ski Sunday which showed on the BBC. 
I went for a quick hunt for the music and found this video clip on the BBC's web site. Your need RealOne Player to view it.

The tune it's self was called 'Pop looks Bach' by Fonteyn. Published by Boosey and Hawkes.
