264 diagnostic harness

for 2 years I have been slowly working on making a few of Rob Clarke's or crock's harness
well the last few days I have been assembling and testing a few on a plus4 and on a c16
I have a few minor tweaks to do
one of them being putting both the NTSC and PAL cartridge image on the cartridge board with a dip switch to select ntsc or pal
if all goes to plan I will have several of them for people to play with at CRX (Commodore Retro eXpo)
