No, you don't need to enter any command, the cartridges should start automatically when you turn on the computer with the cartridge plugged in.

Starting a cart

I've just picked up a +4 and a 264 which have three cartridge games with them, Jack Attack and two others, but none of them start when I turn the machine on. Do I need to enter a SYS <address> command to start them?
