Not for much longer it seems (in the UK anyway), Argos have withdrawn it from their catalogue (it's still on their website on clearance at £4.99 from any stores that still have it), and Toys R Us have it on clearance too.

Here's the loophole that we've been looking for:

It only took 12 words to allow sites like ours to exist. The ruling grants exemption to "computer programs and video games distributed in formats that have become obsolete and that require the original media or hardware as a condition of access, when circumvention is accomplished for the purpose of preservation or archival reproduction of published digital works by a library or archive".

Ironically, the 64DTV ruins the C64 software exemption....
