Great! It's lightning fast, especially considering that the CPU runs in single clock mode most of the time.

The official title is The striped Mandelbrot 6502 1K but IMHO word 6502 may be skipped in the +4 world.
EDIT. pouet, it is the 9th of the 10 :(

Interesting demo, thanks for releasing it!
What's the correct official title? The compo says "The striped Mandelbrot 6502 1K", and the filename is "fsi-demo".

Thank you very much. It is a bit odd that it seems they skipped publishing of the results. There must be 1 hour more on the video. I am curious, are video effects I used presented in our effects list? My demo used three effects: 1) Extended Vertical Border (32 rows) - it is in the list; 2) Blended colors - this allows us to emulate more number of the free colors. This uses two colors that superimposed on each other; 3) Striped overscan area with curved edges. The overscan is static, no flicker. My program is 922 bytes, it is on https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xQM0DvywxKH8GlI2aDKPai1OcOTiZwkC/view?usp=sharing

Nice party! Congrats for your release! You know I have a sweet spot for Mandelbrot, and this one is a super fast version. Franky speaking this Mandelbrot was almost as fast as my old Turbo Pascal code on an Intel 486DX40

Yeah, I heard that rumour, though my Mexican contact insist the local steak at Mexico has the same quality (I think I did not hear the self-confidence in that statement )

A lot of thanks for this support. However I am afraid that my demo will disappont you. It is just a small upgrade of my old codes. My work can't even come close to being compared to masterpieces like Questionmark or Rocket Science. @MMS There is a strong opinion that the best steak can only be served in Argentine.

@Litwr: eating steaks and waching your demo presentation: checked ! Tango; travel to Argentina: unchecked
I really like your previous tech-demos from the past, like the 36 line screen or the special new colors, or the extreme fast drawing routine. I am just curious what will come now.

What are you thanking me for? Are you going to Argentina, dance tango, eat good steaks and watch the presentation of my demo?

In addition to providing it to demo parties, please also upload your new Plus/4 demo to YouTube for the world to enjoy.
Otherwise, it just won't get enough views !
After you upload to YouTube, post the video link here so that we can provide you with feedback.

Pouet.net has a list of upcoming demoparties. As has demozoo.org. And demoparty.net, too.

  |   where can I publish a new demo?
It seems I have made a demo for the +4. Is there an upcoming demo party list where I can send the demo?
