He has past this way before now, take a close look at the Return of Rockman cover he has and our one here at emucamp 
Return of Rockman was a great game! Although a tad slow, in its day it was sweet and I loved the title music. Nower days this game plays wicked running YAPE at 200% CPU speed of a real Plus/4

...David Kivlin.
Until 1997, it was the only game he made. Then he did the AI for Grand Theft Auto, and a few other things afterwards
