No, I have no EPROM burner - I'll will search for the cartridge - can't be so rare - hope it will show up soon.

I know it is not the original one, but e CALC/PLUS CRT file is available for download.

Here is a forum discussion on Blank Cartridge board you can fit it (if you have EPROM burner on eg. C64), and I think some still available at Kent.
