 Repair or replacement of Plus/4s

Short of using parts from one motherboard to repair another, your only other choice is to purchase from Ebay or private sellers. To my knowledge there are no more 'stocks' of Plus/4s sold retail (in a store or mail-order).

Depending on the problems with the broken ones, you may or may not be able to combine to make one good unit. The only other machines that use compatiable parts would be the C116 in Europe or the C16 in North America.

 Plus 4 Motherboards

Years and years ago, my Pop bought a dozen Commodore plus/4's and is now down to 4 that work and 2 that don't. He says he needs new motherboards. Any idea where he can get them? (Or maybe he just needs to get whole new +4's ... any idea where he can get them, short of eBay?) Any ideas, please answer to jdchambers@attbi.com

Thanks,

John
