| | Bug | Plus/4 Power issues 16-20 are affected by following issue:
The original version of this magazine has a bug related to the drive or file handling. This has been verified on real machines with 1541 and 1551 drives. Most emulators also cannot successfully start it, VICE 3.1 and higher however is able to start it, using the following settings: Peripherals / Drive 8 / Use IEC Device.
This prompted the creation of multiple "SEQ versions" of the magazine: the intro and the graphical menu are gone, replaced by a simple SEQ file reader. This way the articles can be manually loaded and read on any drive. |
