Beware of the strange memory mapping of that ROM. At bootup, it will be mapped to $A000-$BFFF and $E000-$FFFF, and then the software will copy the ROM into RAM (but now from $A000-$CFFF or something, since the voice extension sits at $C000, and the cartridge ROM will then be disabled. 
But good luck, I'm very interested in the result!

Is the $FD20 select line also available on the cartridge port? I thought it was just a dead end inside the 264 series machines.
