American. TRS-80, model 1 (1977)
However, I haven't seen any emulators for it (...has anybody seen a TRS-80 emulator?). But since there are a lot of z80 emulator libs, and there should be no custom electronics inside this old beast, it shouldn't be too hard to create one.
