No, but the software should be fairly easy to port over from C64. The main thing is the plus/4 has a built-in ACIA so the RS232 interface routines would need to be changed (simplified) and it could take any modem up to the 6551's limit of 19200 baud.
Anyone else heard anything? Bulletin boards were very much a USA thing,
due to free local calls over there, but unfortunately the 264 series never caught on in America.
