Subject: Summer term sucks...
Hi there,
I've been to my home place for a couple of weeks... I had to find out what I'll do with my life. So this is probably my last term at this University.

LUCA:
Don't wait for a logo... I'm too busy searching for the meaning of life!
Whenever I'll have a good one, I send it to you.

MARKO:
Yes, I don't mind sending the whole magazin... Eventhough, there is a higher postage for non-standard letters. Still, my dad just gave me some extra credits so you better hurry up and mail me your address. And yes, I would like to get the FU-NET CD (I got a CD WRITER, but no internet access at home). About the ATARI joysticks... I went to CONRAD the next day, but the sticks where all gone. I asked what happened and they told me a guy from Polland but them all. However, they looked in their storage rooms and found 2 ATARI JOYPADS (with two fire buttons, I think these are not implied on the standard C64 Joyboard), I bought them, since 1.95 seemed to be a fair deal. Want one?
Thanks for the PC I information... Actually it's a 8088. It also got a built-in mouse port (23ch) but I couldn't find a mouse driver which supports that port :(
Something else... In my home town, coming home from THE club in the early morning hours, a friend and me found two OLIVETTI PCs standing on the street. They were probably hitch hikin' home to Italy :) So we decided to take them with us because they looked well treated... They were heavy as hell (external hard drive, 10MB, as I found out later) so we called a cab.
The cab driver asked as: "Did you steal those computers?" I mean, who would steal an old PC with a green monitor? Anyway, the next days we spent tryin' to fix 'em. Unfortunately, we got only DR DOS 3.41 on 5 1/4"
disks... Could it be that old DOS versions (any kind) won't boot from harddrives if the first sectors are damaged? (Mine works, my friend's doesn't), we tried everything (different partitions...) On a shareware CD we found some games which we thought could run on that old 8086 with a CGA card. I was really surprised by OVERKILL and COMMANDER KEEN 4... And JUMPMAN LIVES is quite cool, also. Now BIG OL' IVETTI's harddrive is jampacked with old games... It's like a fat gameboy!

Btw, on that SHAREWARE CD I found BALLISTIX! (CGA and EGA) is that a SHAREWARE GAME????

MIKE...
So Infogrames bought you... Their SMURF games on GAMEBOY are among the best. Especially on the new color gameboy. But I heard some new handhelds are about reach us (POCKET PLAYSTATION, WONDERSWAN, etc...) Here in Berlin some stores are offering IMPORTED DREAMCASTS...

TLC...
The f...head quote comes from your comment on your failed whatever exam...

To all...
I heard there's a new OS for the plus/4 by DATALAND (a C64 coder) it features 80 chars display. I haven't seen it, yet. More, when the next COMPUTER FLOHMARKT is out.

So long,
CHICKEN
