Subject: HOWDEE DODEE!
Howdy fellas,
in Texas my class mates always wanted me to say "I´ll be back!" (with a schwarzeneggerish accent)... Well, I´m back! This month I tried to get along without a monthly subway ticket. That's why I haven´t been to the University for quite a while... It's not within walking distance. And believe me, I walked miles in the past weeks! Still, I bought 8 day tickets and I´ll need at least on more this month. I`ll end up saving
3.20 DM compared to the monthly ticket. I´m such a f...head (That's a quote from THE LIST, remember TLC?) Well, at least I tried, OK?!

LUCA...
I located the BOM disks... I´ll see what I can do about it! Hm, I don´t have a COLOR MONITOR so I won´t be able to draw a somewhat cool LOGO... :(

Marko...
Hey, isn´t SUOMI part of the EC? There's no difference in the postage between intra-Germany mails and intra-EC... Actually, I got that magazine right here in my backpack. (BE PREPARED! Though, I´ve never been a boy scout.) Let me see.. The 264-funny-key picture is about standard post card size... I don´t mind tearing those pages out of the magazine ´cause it's not anything holy or so... The report is 2 pages... You´ll probably get the best results if have the original stuff! So I would mail it to you instead of mailing it to Cameron (postage to the US is really expensive).
Btw, LAURA the good looking assistant is... still good lookin´ (That's for sure) and assisting the same US History course next term. I might go there again :) and score higher... both ways :))))

About the LIGHTPEN...
The method described by CROWN was used in the TROJAN LIGHTPEN software which received very bad reviews in COMPUTE MIT. Lateron, there was a new LIGHTPEN around, called OPTELPEN. The hardware was supposed to be good but there was almost no software for it. The Maker wanted to adapt BOTTICELLI for the pen but I guess he never has.

Hey guyz,
anyone interested in a BRAND NEW ATARI joystick (You know, the VCS 2600
one...) They got a bunch of them at CONRAD ELEKTRONIK which is really close to my place. They sell´em for 1.95 DM... I bought one (with the money I saved by not buying a monthly ticket :) ) So if anyone is interested in... Hurry up, ´cause I might be goin´ home for Easter! I´m willing to give mine away, though.

Something else...
This is not really plus/4 related but I´m sure you´re willing to help,
right? I opened the PC 1 and I found 4 empty sockets (called U33 - U36).
These sockets have 9 "pin holes" on each side (sorry, I´m not into hardware!), that's 18 all together (MATHS MASTER!) Since the PC 1 comes with 512 KB, I thought these sockets are there for a memory upgrade to
640KB?! Am I right? So what kinda chips do I have to put in there? Plus,
there's another empty socket (U2), 40 pins, is that one for a coprocessor?

That's all for now...
So long,
CHICKEN/BOOGERCUBES
