Hi freax,
I have uploaded to c64.rulez.org more plus/4-hardware-docs:
*384kb-sRAM-expansion
*EPROM-expansion
*plus/4-instruction disk with all instructions for 256kB RAM (Hannes/Solder) and EPROM-expansion. You will also found some 256kb-programs. You can print all sheets with page-printer-program on Commodore-, Epson-, HP-compatible seriell or with userport-centronics-cable. Note: all texts are in German.
*2 pics in JPG-format (350kb). This pics show you a real plus/4-board (scanned with flatbed) with 256kb RAM (Hannes/Solder) , 384kB EPROM and 64kb-OS96-system. I have added some comments for you in English to the pics. I think, this could be a very great help. Next I will add pics with sRAM-expansion and CSORY-expansion.
To create burnfiles for your EPROM- or sRAM-expansions or -cards I will publish my Modulgenerator-program for free (not longer 10DM) in some days. With this program you can include all one-part-programs in an area of 96kb without limitations. It's also possible to include original-burnfiles (like Script/Plus) with small modification. For this program you need 256kb otherwise you can only create 32kb-modules.
You need an EPROMer? I will puplish the circuit and the program of my plus/4-prommer next!
