You can get the complete docs (circuits and register-usage) from me. I have circuits for the Hannes-expansion with TED-feature and for the CSORY-expansion. I can scan the shets and send it via e-mail or an other way. Write what you prefer.
The sRAM-/EPROM-expansion is also nice for emulators. You can include often used programs in the emulated plus/4.
