Subject: Where's a good guide to Plus/4 programming?

Having finally gotten my hands on a Plus/4, I'd like to play around with it but I don't know where to start. Anyone know of a C64 program-
mers guide to the Plus/4 or similar? :) A good memory map and an ex-
planation of all the TED registers would be great.
