Subject: Plus 4 Parallel cable and Interface question

Hi all,
Is there anyone on this list that knows the pinouts to the Plus/4 Userport to Parallel printer cable?
I know how to make this cable for the C64, I need the Plus/4 version.
As an alternitive, who might know all the infor about connecting stuff to the UserPort and programming it. I understand the port is different.
Also, I understand the Plus/4 CPU runs at 1.76 MHz?
And with Interupts DISABLED, the CPU will run at 3x ???
Lastly, I found this:
"Glenn Opp has recently developed an interface which you just plug onto the C64 keyboard connector allowing to connect a usual PS/2
keyboard to this interface.
The interface will translate the PC-type scancodes into the corresponding matrix pattern needed by the C64."
Does anyone know where I can find Mr Opp?
