Hi Val,
I used to use a little program called gif2icon.exe, but Graphic Workshop will do this nicely. You can even scale a picture to icon size and make its target format *.ico. I have a 264 icon that says Minus4 above the machine and a plus4
icon of CBM chickenlips over the color bars from above the function keys on the Plusi.
