Yes. I'm currently working on commenting the disassembled list of the speech ROM. (Thanx Ati!)

No. The 364's spk ROM is the 4. ROM bank low, the high one is empty. (I think.) The first ROM bank low is the same as plus4 basic ROM, the high one is the proto-ted-kernal.
