I have made the measurement. Results: the AC part of the PS works, it outputs about 10V, but the DC part outputs nothing.
As the PS has no replaceable fuse, or it cannot be replaced without any amount of destruction, I came to the conclusion that obtaining a new PS is necessary. Anyway thanks for helping.
