Shouldn't need to play with raster lines for a database, let's hope. It's in BASIC that'll work on all the CBM 8bits I think, so should work for you PAL guys.
Lynx dissolver can be found on jh5.d64 on funet if anyone doesn't have a C64 or C128 to unlink with.
