Subject: Tape interface.

Merry xmas and 2000 and so on but there is one thing that wont let me sleep I haven't had a disk-drive for a long-long time any more, and the old tired c64 tape died few weeks ago.. (i used it with plus/4)
So... Someone once was talking about using audio CD's with p4 (play 'em into cassette port)
So theoretically, if it is possible to do this, it should be possible to use regular tape-recorder to do the same thing.
But now p4 has those motor-control lines...
And so on and on...
Has anybody done it? Do you have an idea how to do it?
