Yes, it's rulez.org ftp://c64.rulez.org/pub/plus4/ The two are different, but rulez has 99% of what we have (as far as program downloads).

Just click here: Download sites, it's a pretty extensive list, with site info, thumbnails, number of downloads. It's the first link from the Software page, not that hard to find.
