The trick is to make one pixel gaps down or along the screen and try an get the dots to enter these. As soon as they do you block them off. At the same time you must'nt fill the screen up too much, because your be aiming to get around 95% of the screen filled up when you block off the last dot.
You get a bonus for ever 1% of the screen filled up over the 75% target needed.
Dont forget that the direction of the dot's can be reversed by pressing fire. You can do this once on the first level twice ond the second and so on. You can use this to your advantage. Watch where to dot's have just been, make your block off area and reverse them back in.
To be honest the score could be better than that if I could live longer
