Hi Akira,
I would try to find the parts at eBay.com .
I regulary see joystick adapters / power supplies (e.g. with defect Plussy's) /
X(E)1541 cables and other C16/Plus4 related stuff there for very reasonable prices.

Actually if I already have a working PSU I'd preffer using it... One for all and i save on unnecessary shipping charges.
