Someone suggested lowering BASIC to 61439:
POKE 55,255 : POKE 56,239 : CLR
However, the screen is all messed up when I attempt to POKE my character set
starting at 61440.
Is the POKE to 65299 the following:
POKE 65299,(PEEK(65299)AND3)OR(60)
