This guy had one, but it's sold already: ebay.de. (Yay! We got a cover!) The book entry made its way to the database when I searched the internet for all C16 & Plus/4 related books. Found this one on amazon.de: link to book record. It's out of print there too.
Maybe someone in the German C16 community would have it...
