Aha, Lando, I knew those pics you sent me would someday come in handy!
I don't have a circuit diagram but when Lando obtained a 16k cartridge memory expansion about a year ago, he sent me photos of the cart both front and back. The resolution is great enough that a circuit diagram could be made.
Please email me privately if you want the photos, til I get a chance to put them on the website. Alternatively, the webmaster of www.6502.org sent me a brief article on how he expanded his C16 to 64k internally, that is already up on www.cbm264.com.
