BSZGGG wants to have some documentation about EPROM programmers and burners to build them. Can anyone help him?

You should not use eproms anymore - there are flashroms and eeprom which are pin-compatible and much easier to program.

good, and which the ic (flash-romand eeprom) type?
whitch type the IC?
If i know the ic type, then i i search in the internet this.

Hmm. Anybody should do a flash-disk for plus4 ?! What a thing, 64-128-256-2gb ramdisk for plus4. PLEASURE !!!! happy))

SRAM requires an external battery, flash does not.

In fact the hardware of a flash card is rather simple - its just the software that makes things complicated happy

bsz: Try the 28c64 EEPROM for a start:

Atmel does also offer various flash types etc. And there more manufacturers.

I good start for a flash-card would be the 29c040. It holds 512kbyte and costs just around 3€. No external circuit required to program it, a direct connection to the cpu bus should be sufficient. But you have to take care of the additional address lines..
