- Doesn't matter if it's a clone of another game, as long as it's not identical.
These two are the tricky ones IMHO. Does Gravity Boy count as a Plus/4 exclusive? It was available for TVC first. Does Icicle Works count? One could easily argue that nothing on the Plus/4 will be identical to any other platform, due to the TED's sound and colors, etc. Bottom line: you'll have to make some judgment calls.
Anyway, there's more than enough now for 10 games 
On another note, it amazes me that folks do YouTube videos about the good ol' Plus/4. IMHO the handful of folks you see in this thread are the only ones who care about this topic at all
