It's not exclusive, but my Smir 3, 1 text adventure has a Plus4 port, and so do my text adventure codes. The former can be found at https://sourceforge.net/projects/cc65extra/files/game/. My text adventure codes are AdvSkelVic65 and AdvSkel65, and their info can be found on this site's tools page under Programming.
