I have just sampled the Second City Dataset for Mercenary and just now played Mercenary2 for the first time ever on an emulator !!! What I did was load Mercenary.prg file, got into the game and pressed <CNTL L> and 0 to load the dataset in. At this point I pressed F10 on minus4 and added the tape image. Once all set and ready to go I pressed F8 to start the tape and the game started loading (Flashy Boarders included)! Yo Mike, a big thanks, this is really neat !! Loading in Mercenary2 rocks everything you have ever wanted is now emulated (Almost) Even cracking the tape images in to PRG file can all be done on your PC.
