Your reviews of these two releases are more than fair. 
I'd have to give it to Pacmania as the best game of the 4 for me. As pac-man games go it's one of the best, second to NES Pac-man as 8bit versions go. That good. The noise of the ghosts can be a bit much after a while but like Rockman, turn the volume down a bit and enjoy.
