@SukkoPera: It's somehow like a "Ramdisk", when the file was once loaded it is just accessed in the 256k memory / pages of the Hannes memory expansion, and not loaded again (if ram was sufficient and disc was not changed or something). It really was totally freaking hard to implement that, because you know, irqs and stuff.. But that's another story to be told..
