Wow, it is more valuable than it was as a new one.  At least it exists and may be useful for someone.
BTW I remember someone copied a scanned verion of a Hungarian 64K expansion, and in the Instructions For Use they told how to cut two tracks on the C16 motherboard to get the 64K module working. Well, it is noz the classic "plug and play" method
