What a nightmare! Every disk save can corrupt my program. I have tested SAVE"PRG",8 - it corrupts too. I did some debugging - something is wrong about a routine at $CD5D which uses an incorrect value at $7A.
EDIT. LDX#$00 causes the error too but at $304c. The build-in assembler uses area starting at $79 as a buffer for an instruction parameter, this corrupts the work with DS$. So don't use Basic and the built-in assembler together.
