Hah, thank you Patrick. So that is "new", as in we didn't have it in the Publications section (until now): C16 and PLUS/4 PROGRAMMER'S GUIDE.

Doesn't look like it's available online anywhere, and TBH I'm surprised that I didn't run into mentions of this book anywhere yet. If someone could scan it, that would be great.

CommodoreFan.nl, just in case you're after actually programming info about the Plus/4, the other books (e.g. the one I mentioned or C16/Plus4 Reference Book) should have you covered, or of course you can just ask here on the forum.
