Hi,
I've just seen the HVTC music.prg for Mob City.
Why does it sound so bad? It doesn't sound like that on my real C16 or my emulators?

My guess would be that you played the HVTC file in the Javascript version of YAPE, right from your browser? That may sound wrong, due to how it's emulated (Javascript is slow in general, and that version of YAPE is quite a bit behind the Windows version). You can download the PRG file from that page, and play that on any emulator or on a real machine; it should sound exactly like the original.

Sorry, I think I need a bit of clarification. Do you mean, you listened to the music by downloading the PRG file in the first place (vs in browser)? (If so, it's obviously not an emulation issue.) What exactly did you mean by it sounding so bad?
