Alt. Plus4/cc65 configuration files online!

Hi! I am pleased to announce a new configuration for the Plus4 using cc65 online. It is at https://sourceforge.net/projects/cc65extra/files/memory%20cfgs/. I ask you to try it out and tell me what you think. BTW, C16, C64 and Vic20 versions are pending.

I also have some Plus4 cartridge libraries in the same location. Plus4cart1 is for 16k cartridges, Plus4cart2 for 32k cartridges with the upper 16k as data and Plus4cart3 for a full 32k setup but currently doesn't work.

My latest cc65/Plus4 configuration supports more available Low RAM space. It is at the same location as the previous. I need to update the C64 version, though. I also need to fix one of my 32k cartridge configs.
