Nice score! I can't make it through that dang tunnel either... It takes so long to be able to even reach that part, and not having a chance to practice it, we fail... and the game's like "Oh, you just spent 5 minutes killing 12 enemies? Here's 18 more!!!"
IMHO it should return you to the same level with half the number of enemies needed to be killed, then if you fail, halve that again, etc., one enemy minimum. Basically try to nudge the player toward progress, instead of having to rack up points on the first level. |
