Thanks guys for taking a few minutes and playing a round of Runner! Yeah, the walking animation is definitely "recycled" from Booty (or the other way around).
I'd say this is an okay-ish medium-effort game. Definitely a bit rough around the edges, could have used a bit more polish. Also could be more forgiving: slower enemies, not having to re-pick the same keys after dying, etc. The memory is barely halfway full - so there would have been room for added music or something. The rating here on Plus/4 World is overly critical though IMHO, we definitely have worse entries. |
