Vice is currently not a good emulator for the 264 platforms, it almost doesn't do the most basic timing emulations and generally is not a good 264 emulator, currently. On Windows,Mac,Linux you can use Yapesdl or Plus4emu. On Windows preferrably Winyape or Plus4emu. You can test the game this way. The game is controlled with joystick in port 1. I've read that there are good 264 cores for MISTer but it seems Retroarch doesn't supply a good core currently, maybe you have to wait for a good Retroarch core. Sorry I cannot help here currently.. Maybe others have more clue of this.
