As for feeling tired all the time the internet is the last place to get advice but will share that it might be worth asking about your Vitamin B level with the doctors as this can also be a cause of tiredness if it's low. No harm in asking and nothing to worry about. Let's just say it's taken years to find out the easiest option was the last thing they looked at for me...
