Not yet. Bil Herd has already talked about the pecularities he had to fix in the TED design (I mean the machine, not the chip), but AFAIR he didn't design the chip, and neither did Dave Haynie, who was a recruit by Herd himself. AFAIK both the 7501 and 7360 were designed by David DiOrio, before and around the time Herd was hired. DiOrio is unfortunately no longer with us. Maybe if someone gets around to reverse engineer the circuit from the now available die shots...
