I don't know. Maybe you could try doing some research. Like, there is the title "by Dreamtronic" in the top right corner of the screenshot. You could give a try finding out if the site has some information on the person. Go to the top of the page, click the search link, enter Dreamtronic into the entry field, click the search button, evaluate the results. If that doesn't give you what you desired, there are still other options like Google or Facebook (or maybe some other social networks) to find and contact the person.
