Welcome. Please, don't try sending or uploading any video here. Describe what the output looks like or illustrate it with a picture if you must. Or, in worst case, put a link to a media sharing site where you uploaded your image or video. But be aware you can't insert full links with protocol designator until you are no site member.
Otherwise, the usual culprits are TED, CPU, PLA, RAM in this order of probability. In rare cases it may be the ACIA or a ROM. The usual way of finding out which causes the problem is swapping the ICs in a known working machine with the ones coming from the broken computer. Without that, well, tough luck. But maybe someone will come and give you a bit more hope.
