Plus/4 has the same characters and PETSCII symbols as the C64. You can place your custom charset anywhere your memory layout allows, but in $0800 pages. $1000, $1800, $2000, etc. You can place the charset to $F800 as well, but ram ends at $FD00 so you'll lose the last 96 character data.
Use $FF12 and $FF13 for this feature.
